With A Sweet Memory, you don't have to worry about a thing on your special day, from taking care of your timeline, to gathering all your items at the end of the night, we've got you covered.

The last thing you want is for your mom, aunt, sister or any other relative trying to organize whats going on during your special day. They should be enjoying it with you!  As your Day-of Coordinator, we take care of all of the following and more:

  • Work with you to create the perfect timeline
  • Ensure venue is set up according to pre-made diagram
  • Work with your vendors to ensure timely arrival and placement of items
  • Refer vendors as necessary (cake, flowers, DJ, etc.)
  • Placement of table numbers, seating cards, provided by host
  • Placement of party favors, cake cutters and toasting glasses, provided by host
  • Placement of any other decorating elements on guest tables aside from centerpieces
  • Assist DJ with Bridal Party line up for Grand Entrance
  • Work with DJ to ensure timeline is being adhered to from food & beverage to dancing
  • Work with Caterer to ensure dinner is on time; will dismiss tables if buffet style
  • Ensure parents’ tables are taken care of and everyone is happy
  • Discuss all set up tables and who will be in charge of guest book, and all items to be returned
  • Assist in packing up all gifts and ensure they go to designated party at the end of evening
  • Making sure cards are placed with appropriate gifts
  • Assist in packaging all other items that need to be returned to host or designated party
  • Work behind the scenes to ensure everything you’ve worked hard for and dreamed about goes as you planned
  • Coordinating thru dinner or the entire event
